...for Hopper Creek Montessori School from current and former parents!
We would like to share with you some of the extremely kind words we've received from our parents. Our relationship with our children and their parents is extremely important to us - it makes us happy to know that we are succeeding in creating an environment in which not only can the children learn and grow, but in which long-standing relationships are formed.
Quotes:
"...The teachers are absolutely wonderful with the children. I see them constantly providing fresh and innovative ways to make learning fun, while they draw from their many years of professional experience. They are infinitely patient and gentle. Hopper Creek promotes excellent social values and common sense guidelines for the children to follow.
My son has grown so much during his time at Hopper Creek. He has had the opportunity to make friends from a diverse group of children. He has been nurtured by excellent teachers whom he has come to trust and love. He is thriving in the cozy environment..."

"... A little girl unused to being away from mom and wary of children, (my daughter) found at Hopper Creek a warm, nurturing environment where she felt safe to explore what most interested her: be it practical life, the book corner or the varied arts and crafts projects. In no time, (my daughter's) confidence in her daily preschool tasks allowed her to open up socially and soon she came home boasting of her "best friends" she'd made at school.
While the structure of the preschool was particularly suited to (my daughter's) sensibilities, I believe that her blossoming had much to do with the outstanding Hopper Creek staff. Under the gentle guidance of Carol and Elizabeth, (my daughter) found a second home: a structure built upon love and laughter and a life-affirming curiosity about the world. Outside the classroom, Michelle and Anacani gave generously of their attention and time to not only (my daughter), but all the children at Hopper Creek.
Were I to characterize (my daughter's) experience at the preschool, it would have to be as an extraordinary gift, one which was returned to me again and again. Every morning I delivered my daughter into the caring hands of Hopper Creek and when she returned each afternoon, she brought to me new stories and songs, information about polar bears or the letters of the alphabet, another paper snowman or shamrock. What she had at this school - exposure to so many activities and people - is a gift she will carry with her through her life.
Even now, as (my daughter) and I drive down Second Street she never fails to point out the familiar house. And after a wistful, "I miss Hopper Creek," or "I miss Carol and Elizabeth," she immediately launches in with memories of Mother's Day brunch, or Dad's Night, or the dry pourings, or the puzzles, or the kids. This is what preschool should be and I will always be grateful for the time she (and I) spent at Hopper Creek..."
